Can I work with more than one store?
Mambilo is designed around multiple stores and brands. Store identity, staff access, and marketing permissions stay separate. Available data and actions depend on each connection’s verified capabilities.
Is email and SMS delivery available now?
Journey authoring and no-send simulation are implemented. Production marketing email and SMS delivery connections are still being prepared. Contact us to discuss readiness for your store before planning a live campaign.
Which ecommerce platforms can I connect?
Our connection roadmap includes WooCommerce, Shopify, and other ecommerce platforms. Live merchant connection verification is still in progress. See the current connection status before choosing a setup.
Does a purchase count as marketing permission?
No. An order, import, or support conversation does not automatically grant permission to send marketing. Mambilo keeps marketing permission and suppression separate for each store.
